KRSP engages qualified and experienced suppliers to deliver community sport and physical activity programmes and initiatives across Kilkenny each year. The selection of suppliers is on an ad-hoc basis through an expression of interest process, where a preferred supplier panel will be formed with those who meet the required criteria.

KRSP will select a panel of preferred suppliers who meet the selection criteria.
Inclusion on this panel indicates that a supplier may be invited, from time to time, to provide a quotation for the delivery of a specific project, in line with KRSP requirements. Engagements will be offered on a project-by-project basis, subject to KRSP’s needs and the supplier’s availability. If you have indicated that you provide services to children or vulnerable adults, you will be required to complete KRSPs safe recruitment process which includes Garda Vetting, safeguarding etc. prior to submission of any quotation.
