Kilkenny Recreation & Sports Partnership is organising a 6 week in person Couch to 3k/5K running programme for complete beginners. The couch to 3k/5k programme will be led by a fully qualified coach.

The aim of the 6-week programme is to support participants to fully complete a 3k/5K run at their own pace.This programme is the starting point for anyone wishing to build up to the further distances.

It will run from 6-weeks starting the 19th of February excluding the Bank Holidays (18th of March and 1st of April) ending on the 8th of April.
