KRSP is starting Buggy Buddies, it is a physical activity programme for new mothers from six weeks postpartum. The programme is a way for mothers to ease their way back into physical activity after having a baby and also to meet other mothers in their area.
The programme runs in six week block and is facilitated by a fully qualified exercise professional! The programme will run from 10:30-11:am Thursday the 19th – 24th of October. The meeting point in the Hurling Statue at the Canal Square in Kilkenny City.
