SUMMARY:2024 KRSP Castlecomer Mountain Biking
DESCRIPTION:HerOutdoors is a week designated to encouraging women and girls to get active in the outdoors! This year we have a multiple programmes and courses available to get females out and moving! HerOutdoors week is the 12th – 18th of August. \n  \nMountain Biking programme is open to women over 18 years old to learn how to do Mountain Biking with a trained instructor. This is open to complete beginners! It will take place in Castlecomer Discovery Park. Over 4 weeks you will learn skills\, confidence and take on some trails ! \n  \nThis is a 4 week programme starting Saturday the 17th of August at 11am and finish on the 7th of September!
