2024 KRSP Chair based yoga – Ferrybank April/May

Kilkenny Recreation & Sports Partnership are delighted to announce that in partnership with Hillsfield Community Centre, we will be delivering an 7-week programme of gentle, chair-based exercise. This programme will recommence on Friday, April 19th to May 31st. Each session begins at 11am and lasts one hour.
Cost for the 7 – week programme is €15.
