SUMMARY:2025 KRSP Chair Based Pilates Johnstown - July
DESCRIPTION:Kilkenny Recreation & Sports Partnership are delighted to start a chair based pilates class in Johnstown.\nThere is two class times to choose from: 11am and 12pm. The classes will start on the 15th of July and will run for 4 weeks finishing on the 5th of August. It is suitable for all ages and is a great\, safe and fun way to be active! It is open to both male and female. \nClasses will take place in St.Kierans Hall. All participants must pre-register and no cash can be taken for this programme.
