SUMMARY:2025 KRSP First Aid Course - Kilkenny City
DESCRIPTION:Kilkenny Recreation & Sports Partnership are delighted to run a first aid course open only to volunteers in sports clubs in Kilkenny!  \nThis course has limited availability\, with just 2 spots per club. If a club books more than 2 places\, any extra bookings will be refunded. To gain accreditation\, it is essential to complete the whole course. \nBasic First Aid course covers a wide range of emergencies that may occur at home\, in your club or in your community. It will provide you with the knowledge & skillset to be confident in rendering first aid to someone in need. \nIt will teach you the necessary skills on how to deal with.. \n\nScene Safety\nActivating Emergency Services\nHeart Attack\nCPR / AED\nStroke\nChoking\nRecovery Position\nHead Injuries\nLimb Injuries\nCuts / Bleeds\nBurns\nAllergic Reaction\n\nAll participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion. \nThe course takes place from 7pm for approximately 3.5 hours in Club House Hotel\, R95 PX68 \nAttendees must be over 16 years of age \nFor more information please contact Mairead on 087 065 0983 or mairead@krsp.ie
