HerOutdoors is a week designated to encouraging women and girls to get active in the outdoors! This year we have a multiple programmes and courses available to get girls out and moving! HerOutdoors week is the 11th – 17th of August.

This programme is available to:

• Teenage Girls from 5-6pm 
• Adult Women (18+) from 6-7pm

The 2 session intro programme will be conducted by a trained instructor. This is open to complete beginners! It will take place in Castlecomer Discovery Park. 

• Thursday 28th August + 4th of September

All equipment and bikes will be provided.
