SUMMARY:2025 KRSP HerOutdoors - Stretch and Stroll!
DESCRIPTION:HerOutdoors is a week designated to encouraging women and girls to get active in the outdoors! This year we have a multiple programmes and courses available to get girls out and moving! HerOutdoors week is the 11th – 17th of August. \n  \nFor the first time we are happy to introduce our pop up session Stretch and Stroll taking place in Ferrybank. This programme will take place in Ferrybank Neighborhood Park. This 2 hour programme includes a session of yoga and then a walk in the local area\,  finishing our walk at the Frost & Co for a free tea/coffee! \n  \nSuitable for women 18+.
