KRSP is happy to bring a new workout opportunity for ladies called Menopause Moves! This tutor led class is for beginner level ladies wanting to increase their fitness and have fun! The tutor who will be leading this class has loads of experience teaching this style of class.

Each week the style will vary from either boxercise, weighted exercise or pilates!

This 6-week class will take place every Thursday morning from 9:15-10:15am in Kilkenny Sport Therapy. Starting on the 27th of February.
