Kilkenny Recreation & Sports Partnership are delighted to start our Move Better, Walk Stronger programme! This 4 week programme will have 3 group fitness classes. These sessions will incorperate mobility, flexibility, cardio and weighted exercises. The final session both the male and female groups will meet and walk the Grange Crag Loop walk together.
This programme is targeted for beginners to fitness or those back to fitness. The classes promise a fun and relaxed atmosphere!
