SUMMARY:2025 KRSP New Mum Movement!
DESCRIPTION:Kilkenny Recreation & Sports Partnership are delighted to start a new programme for new mums in the North-West of County Kilkenny! This programme is for new mums 6 months postpartum looking to get back into fitness without having to worry about childcare! You can bring your baby with you and keep an eye while exercising and meeting other mums in your area! The babies will not be used in the class so participants are asked to bring them in prams or cradles. \nThis 4 week taster programme will take place in St. Kierans Hall from 11am – 11:45am. There is limited spacing and all participants must sign up before hand.
