Get ready for two fun-filled weeks of activity, adventure, and enjoyment at the KRSP Inclusive Summer Camp 2026, taking place at Kilkenny Rugby Club, Foulkstown, Kilkenny, R95 CH68, from 10.00am to 12.30pm each day. Designed for children aged 8 to 16 years with additional needs who are attending school, this camp offers a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where children can get active, build confidence, try new activities, and enjoy a brilliant camp experience with the support of KRSP staff, coaches, tutors, and volunteers.

Activities may include athletics, gymnastics, dance, tennis, cycling, kayaking, arts and crafts, and orienteering/playground activities. All activities will be delivered in a gentle, inclusive, and enjoyable way, with no pressure on any child to perform.

The camp will run over two separate weeks:
Week 1: Monday 6th to Friday 10th July
Week 2: Monday 13th to Friday 17th July

Parents/guardians are asked to book one week only to help give as many children as possible the opportunity to attend.

BEFORE COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION FORM FOR KRSP SUMMER CAMPS, PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY

• All children must be pre-registered online. No registrations will be accepted on the day and no cash payments will be taken.
• The booking form must be completed in full. Please provide clear details about your child’s additional needs, support requirements, triggers, communication needs, likes, dislikes, or anything else that will help us support them well.
• Children should bring their own drinks and snacks each day, as these will not be provided.
• Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for the weather and activities each day. This may include sun cream, a sun hat, a raincoat, and suitable clothing and footwear.
• Please make sure that all bags, clothing, and personal items are clearly labelled.
• Children will be signed in and signed out each day, so we ask for patience while this is done carefully to ensure everyone’s safety.
• KRSP reserves the right to amend, shorten, or cancel sessions if necessary due to weather or other circumstances. Parents/guardians will be contacted by text message if needed.
• KRSP staff, tutors, coaches, and volunteers are trained to provide a fun and supportive camp experience for children with additional needs. However, they are not trained to provide intimate care. If your child requires intimate care support, a parent/guardian or nominated support person must remain on site to provide this.
• KRSP staff, tutors, coaches, and volunteers are also not permitted to administer medication. If your child requires medication during camp hours, a parent/guardian or nominated support person must be available to administer it.
