DESCRIPTION:Date & Time & Location\nTuesday\, 29th of September to 1st of December 11.30am to 12.30pm. Meeting point\, Canal Square. \nAbout the Event\nBuggy Buddies is a physical activity programme for new mothers from six weeks postpartum. The programme is a way for mothers to ease their way back into physical activity after having a baby. The programme will run in a 10 week block and is facilitated by a fully qualified exercise professional. \nSuited To\nNew mums in a welcoming social exercise group by combining gentle physical activity with opportunities for connection and support. A relaxed and inclusive environment providing a chance to get active\, enjoy the outdoors and build friendships with other parents experiencing similar life stages.
