Callan Community Chair Based Pilates

Kilkenny Recreation & Sports Partnership will deliver Chair Based Pilates/gentle exercise programme specifically for older adults and people with additional needs who are living in the Callan area. We invite everybody to participate. The programme will run from September 23rd to December 2nd with no class on October 28th (mid term / Halloween).

Come along, enjoy the company and the Pilates and feel good afterwards. Please note that all participants MUST BE REGISTERED BEFOREHAND – no registrations on the day. You can pay fees with card online or alternatively pay €30 cash on the first and second morning only. PLEASE NOTE: participants with additional needs must attend with a carer who must remain with them throughout.

As this programme has limited spaces – cancellations will only be granted if requested 5 working days before the programme starts.
