The tyres must be CORRECTLY INFLATED (see side of tyre for this information). Please do not attend the programme with a bike that is not fit for cycling. Our tutors are engaged to teach cycling and not to conduct bike repairs as this holds up the lessons for the rest of the group!
ALL participants will be required to wear a helmet for the programme at all times – no exceptions.
NOTE FOR PARENTS OF PARTICIPANTS: If your child has a bike but is not yet cycling, please remove the pedals before the first session. Each session lasts one hour and turning up with issues with the bike takes away from tuition time and holds up the session for all the other participants and the tutors. Parents/guardians/care staff must remain on site for the duration of the session.
