DESCRIPTION:Kilkenny Recreation & Sports Partnership welcomes you all to take part in Go For Life Games. They will be played each Monday morning for 7 weeks at 10am in The Watershed\, Kilkenny \nThese games and activities are fun and a little bit of gentle exercise too! \n23rd Sept. – 2nd Dec (10 weeks). SUMMARY:Callan Community Chair Based Pilates
DESCRIPTION:Kilkenny Recreation & Sports Partnership will deliver Chair Based Pilates/gentle exercise programme specifically for older adults and people with additional needs who are living in the Callan area. We invite everybody to participate. The programme will run from September 23rd to December 2nd with no class on October 28th (mid term / Halloween). \nCome along\, enjoy the company and the Pilates and feel good afterwards. Please note that all participants MUST BE REGISTERED BEFOREHAND – no registrations on the day. You can pay fees with card online or alternatively pay €30 cash on the first and second morning only. Cash payments are receipted.  If you need assistance in booking over the phone please contact seamus@krsp.ie or 087 3567884 or ring the office 056 7794991. \nPLEASE NOTE: participants with additional needs must attend with a carer who must remain with them throughout. \nAs this programme has limited spaces – cancellations will only be granted if requested 5 working days before the programme starts.

SUMMARY:2024 KRSP Buggy Buddies Sept- Oct
DESCRIPTION:KRSP is starting Buggy Buddies\, it is a physical activity programme for new mothers from six weeks postpartum. The programme is a way for mothers to ease their way back into physical activity after having a baby and also to meet other mothers in their area.  \n  \nThe programme runs in six week block and is facilitated by a fully qualified exercise professional! The programme will run from 10:30-11:am Thursday the 19th – 24th of October. The meeting point in the Hurling Statue at the Canal Square in Kilkenny City. \n  \nAll participants must pre-register.
