DESCRIPTION:KRSP is happy to bring a fun physical activity opportunity for ladies in North Kilkenny. This tutor led indoor circuit class is great for all ladies to get fit and have fun! The tutor who will be leading this class has loads of experience teaching this style of class. \nThis 8 week class will take place every Monday evening from 7:15-8:15pm. Starting on the 13th of January to the 10th of March (excluding the bank holiday).   \nAll participants must pre-register! DESCRIPTION:Men On The Move is a men only\, 4-week intro programme that runs every Wednesday night from the 15th of January at 7:30pm in the hall in Colaiste Mhuire\, Johnstown. This successful programme runs also in Kilkenny City with 30+ men in attendance.  \nMen of every age and ability are welcome. The programme can help you to feel fitter\, have more energy and to meet and connect with new men in your area! Exercises include body weight\, some weighted and cardio. \nPre-registration is necessary. No cash collection.
