SUMMARY:2025 KRSP Teen intro to Mountain Biking
DESCRIPTION:Bike Week is a national campaign where multiple different programmes and courses take place to encourage people to get cycling! This year we have a multiple programmes and courses available to get people of Kilkenny out and moving! Bike week is the 10th – 18th of May \nThis taster intro to Mountain Biking programme is open to teenagers from 13 –  17 years old to learn how to do Mountain Biking with a trained instructor. This is open to complete beginners! It will take place in Castlecomer Discovery Park.  \nThis 1 hour event will take place Saturday the 10th of May at 1pm !  \nAll equipment and bikes will be provided. SUMMARY:2025 KRSP Move Better\, Walk Stronger! May - June
DESCRIPTION:Kilkenny Recreation & Sports Partnership are delighted to start our Move Better\, Walk Stronger programme! This 4 week programme will have 3 group fitness classes. These sessions will incorperate mobility\, flexibility\, cardio and weighted exercises. The final session both the male and female groups will meet and walk the Grange Crag Loop walk together. \n\nStarting on the 14th of May in Colaiste Mhuire’s astro turf.\nLadies class starting at 7:15pm\nMen class starting at 8:15pm\n\nThis programme is targeted for beginners to fitness or those back to fitness.
