In celebration of a hugely successful Women in Sport Week 2024, we want to give a huge shout out to Stoneyford Development Association for their incredible work empowering teen girls through sports. This incredible programme was made possible through funding awarded by our KRSP Women in Sport Support Scheme which aims to encourage more women to participate in recreational sports or physical activities.

 

This Support Scheme was created to elevate women’s overall physical activity levels and to strengthen their involvement within sports organisations. Kilkenny Recreation and Sports Partnership is delighted to extend our support to local clubs and organisations through the Women in Sport Support Scheme.
