Kilkenny Recreation & Sports Partnership welcomes over 50s to take part in Go For Life Games. They will be played each Monday morning for 7 weeks at 9.30am in The Watershed, Kilkenny

Prepare for the national games and a day out in Dublin on June 8th.

7 weeks from April 8th 15th and 22nd and 29th. May 13th, 20th and 27th (7 weeks no games on May 6th – Bank Holiday).

While you may not have heard of the games, they are adapted and easy to play games. They’re great fun and are suitable for everyone. The games played are: Malaí (an adaption of the game of Cornhole); Scidil (an adaption of Ten-Pin Bowling and Skittles); Flisk  (an adaption of Frisbee and Horseshoe Pitching).
