Kilkenny Recreation & Sports Partnership welcomes you all to take part in Go For Life Games. They will be played each Monday morning for 7 weeks at 10am in The Watershed, Kilkenny

These games and activities are fun and a little bit of gentle exercise too!

23rd Sept. – 2nd Dec (10 weeks). No activities on October 28 (Bank Holiday).

While you may not have heard of the games, they are adapted and easy to play games. They’re great fun and are suitable for everyone. The games played are: mat bowling, boccia and skittles – all easy to learn and have fun at.
