Kilkenny Recreation & Sports Partnership are delighted to run a first aid course open only to volunteers in sports clubs in Kilkenny!

This course has limited availability, with just 2 spots per club. If a club books more than 2 places, any extra bookings will be refunded. To gain accreditation, it is essential to complete the whole course.

Basic First Aid course covers a wide range of emergencies that may occur at home, in your club or in your community. It will provide you with the knowledge & skillset to be confident in rendering first aid to someone in need.

• Activating Emergency Services
• Heart Attack
• CPR / AED
• Stroke
• Choking
• Recovery Position
• Head Injuries
• Limb Injuries
• Cuts / Bleeds
• Burns
• Allergic Reaction

All participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion.

The course takes place from 7pm for approximately 3.5 hours in Club House Hotel, R95 PX68

Attendees must be over 16 years of age
