Men On The Move is a men only 7 week programme that runs every Monday night at 8pm (excluding Bank Holiday Monday) in The Watershed.
Men of every age are welcome. The programme can help you to feel fitter, have more energy and to meet and connect with new people. PLEASE bring a friend – there’s room for everybody.
