Kilkenny Recreation & Sports Partnership welcomes you all to take part in Go For Life Games. They will be played each Monday morning for 12 weeks at 10am in The Watershed, Kilkenny

These games and activities are fun and a little bit of gentle exercise too!

January 13th to April 28th (12 weeks). No activities on Feb 3rd; March 17th April 21st (Bank Holiday Mondays).

While you may not have heard of the games, they are adapted and easy to play games. They’re great fun and are suitable for everyone. The games played are: mat bowling, boccia and skittles – all easy to learn and have fun at.
