About the Event

Buggy Buddies is a physical activity programme for new mothers from six weeks postpartum. The programme is a way for mothers to ease their way back into physical activity after having a baby. The programme will run in a 10 week block and is facilitated by a fully qualified exercise professional.

Suited To

New mums in a welcoming social exercise group by combining gentle physical activity with opportunities for connection and support. A relaxed and inclusive environment providing a chance to get active, enjoy the outdoors and build friendships with other parents experiencing similar life stages. Buggy Buddies will help strengthen confidence, wellbeing and social connections.
