KRSP is happy to bring a new workout opportunity for ladies called Menopause Moves! This tutor led class is for beginner level ladies wanting to increase their fitness and have fun! The tutor who will be leading this class has loads of experience teaching this style of class.

This 5 week class will take place every Monday evening from 5:30-6:15pm. Starting on the 23rd of September to the 21st of October.
